About Us
Intercom was established in 2013 as an independent Service provider and Spare parts supplier in the liquid solid separation filtration industry.
Since then, we have built valuable, long-term relationships with our customers based on quality service, quality products, reliability, and trust.
We have successfully stripped, relocated, rebuilt, repaired and maintained many different filter presses. Intercom is one of only a very limited number of filtration specialist companies in this highly specialised field.
Our detailed understanding of the filters and the filtration process allowed us to better understand the importance of quality filter media that forms the basis of the filtration process. We expanded our offering in 2016 to include the supply of filter media and have since been awarded large supply agreements for filter cloth.
We design, develop and at times re-engineer and manufacture products and solutions for our customers. This ranges from custom pipe spools to a full stainless-steel hydraulic cylinder. On the safety side we engineered, rated and certified a safety support system for some of our mining customers.
Relationships form the foundation of our business and our suppliers are key to what we deliver, not only in quality but in continuous delivery and after sales support.
In 2020 we expanded our product range by leveraging of our existing supplier network. We have added additional resources to support the additional products and services we deliver to our customers.
The process automation and instrumentation knowledge that we have added to our business allows us to expand our capability to offer application engineering and turn-key solutions to our customers.
The team at Intercom have over 30 years of technical, process, instrumentation and automation knowledge, and experience. We apply this knowledge to our sales, services and when engineering products or solutions for our customers. We measure ourselves on how we add value to our customers.
